Talent Manager - Hybrid

Amiqus are working exclusively with the leadership team at a London-based Games Development Studio who have just received over 4 million $ investment. Due to this growth opportunity they need to find a Talent Manager to join their small, ambitious team.

The studio is currently pushing the boundaries of immersive story-based gameplay. They are entering a phase of significant growth, expanding their products across a range of platforms including console, VR, mobile and Web 3.0 gaming. With a history of working on household name IP’s, their projects and inclusive environment offer an attractive opportunity for professionals throughout a range of gaming disciplines.

As the Talent Manager, you will develop key relationships across the business in order to provide people support and consultation across areas such as performance management, compensation/rewards, recruitment, people development, and staff relations.

You will:

  • Have an interest in the video games industry.
  • Enjoy taking ownership over new and existing policies, updating when necessary.
  • Have a successful track record of recruiting technical staff within an internal environment.
  • Be organised and process driven. 
  • Be a collaborative individual who thrives in an inclusive environment.

The role will require attendance at the London studio every Wednesday, but can otherwise be remote.
