Technical QA Engineer Games Norway – REF 2847

We are working with a revolutionary company based in Norway, who are looking for a talented Technical QA Engineer to join their team. This role is offered fully onsite with a great relocation package and support.

What you will be doing:

• Be responsible for ensuring that the overall quality and functionality of the game is high quality and up to industry standards.
• Create and execute technical test plans and scripts.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the project.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams’ identity the root cause of technical issues and develop solutions.
• Ensure games are functional, stable, and enjoyable to play.
• Identity and reproduce bugs, errors, and issues with the game software.
• Provide detailed and accurate reports on the game’s performance.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in technical game development or testing role.
• ISTQB Foundation level certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Unreal Engine.
• Great knowledge of game development and testing methodologies.
• Experience with testing tools and technologies such as JIRA.
• Great English written and verbal communication skills.
