The successful candidate will be a determined User Acquisition Specialist who will join a team as they begin to transition from purely mobile gaming into cross-platform.
- Bachelor and/or master’s degree in marketing or comparable experience
- Good experience managing performance marketing or UA campaigns
- Executed ROI campaigns of over $200K
- Data oriented and skilled with Excel
- Organised and highly motivated
- Owner of ambitious budgets to grow the business, interfacing actions with the global games business plans
- Work together directly & closely with game production teams on scheduled marketing actions
- Elaborate dedicated and inventive marketing strategies per game in partnership with the local game teams
- Plan & operate advertising campaigns across performance growth channels
- Evaluate campaigns and use precision optimisation to reach games goals
- Communicate regularly and clearly, to the studio & HQ management teams, the plans, status, challenges to meet objectives
