Job Description My client is a digital marketing company specialising in pay-to-play and free-to-play games on PC and console platforms. They are looking for a Director of Business Development to oversee and be overall responsible for all Business Development activities Globally.

Your Role:

• You lead and mentor +10 people operational-organisation with business development teams in São Paulo, San Francisco, Shanghai and Berlin, you are located in the headquarters in Germany.
• You start and develop business with the top mobile, online as well as console gaming advertisers (f2p/p2p)
• You die to win new clients and grow relationships to execute global campaigns successfully and maximize revenues
• You make the right decisions to quickly move forward in a fast-paced business environment
• You take over daily operations and handle multi-million dollar turnovers
• You continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
• You continuously further develop yourself and stay on top of the latest tech industry innovations and trends
Requirements:
• You bring experience within the adtech and/or advertising industry and have worked with a variety of business models
• You have a background in gaming (f2p and p2p) with a deep understanding of the market
• You have the skillset and experience to land major branding deals
• You have worked with premium titles and have built up a great network within the gaming industry
• You understand the different requirements of supply and demand in all details
• Very strong analytical skills and sense for business opportunities
• Strong affinity towards and hands-on knowledge about business development and sales
• Outstanding leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to drive both strategic decisions and operational tasks extremely efficiently
• A result-oriented, passionate team player with exceptional motivation skills
• Ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced international environment
• Diploma/MSc degree in a business or quantitative discipline
