Job Description OPM’s client is a games studio based in Leamington Spa. They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Art Producer to work on an entirely new AAA open world action/RPG project. You will form part of a world class creative team, developing the processes by which the art content production is planned and executed.

You will have experience of at least one full project lifecycle in an art management or art production capacity. Your highly developed verbal and written communication skills will allow you to forge strong relationships across multi-discipline teams, enabling you to confidently lead meetings and direct tasks as required.

In addition to your knowledge of production practice, you will also have an understanding of art, design and technical fundamentals. Your keen eye for detail and risk management experience will allow you to identify project risks and logical dependencies, proposing optimal solutions where issues emerge.

You must be flexible, highly motivated and approachable in a role that will see you interact with all development disciplines in pursuit of successful project delivery

You should have:

Full project lifecycle experience in either an Art Manager or Art Production role

Exposure to a range of project management software packages

Excellent verbal and written communication

Experience managing outsource engagements

Knowledge of art production processes

Risk management experience

An eye for detail
