Job Description As part of our clients continued growth, they have an opportunity for a Producer to join the Production team. You’ll be working on the continued development of their most recent title which was released in Summer 2018 and has already sold over one million copies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a studio with a track record of delivering successful AAA titles and play an important role in this studios continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate significant areas of a project without supervision
  • Schedule and track work using JIRA or other task tracking software
  • Help ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required quality
  • Ensure company procedures and pipelines are followed
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with all members of the dev team and external partners if required
  • Identify and proactively solve larger issues in a timely manner
  • Help maintain the bug database and triage bugs for specific areas
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with senior management
  • Assist other Producers as required.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with different development disciplines
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to mediate and facilitate between different development disciplines
  • Pro-active in finding solutions to challenging problems
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment and able to react positively to change
  • Well organised with a methodical approach
  • Ability to motivate developers to achieve the best possible results.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • A good understanding of the video game production processes
  • Experience in a similar Production role

Experience using project tracking software e.g. JIRA.
