Our client has been providing outsourced Quality Assurance, Customer Experience and Localization Services to the Interactive Media, Internet of Things (IoT), Technology and e-Learning markets since 1994. Their service lines include: Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Localization, Translation, Customer Experience, Talent Acquisition and Audio Production.

Based out of their Central London office (or potentially from home), they are looking for a Highly Experienced Sales Manager to grow their Games client base. This individual must be a dynamic, results-orientated and highly motivated sales person with an excellent eye for detail. They will cultivate and build long term relationships with new and existing clients, close new business, persuade decision makers, negotiate service contracts and manage client relationships. The successful candidate will have a track record of surpassing expectations through cultivating and growing relationships.

  • Developing and managing long term relationships with clients
  • Generating business within the European market with a focus on mobile business
  • Developing a sales strategy in partnership with other key stakeholders in the business
  • Attending client meetings, presentations, trade shows, etc.
  • Owning the proposal generation process
  • Working collaboratively with the delivery teams
  • Owning the proposal generation process and deliver quotes in partnership with the delivery teams

Required Skills/Experiences:
  • Experience within the games industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets through building strong client relationships or significant experience of selecting and managing outsourced vendors in the games industry
  • An existing network of contacts within the games industry would be hugely beneficial but is not essential
  • Methodical approach to building a pipeline
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to forecast opportunities
  • Must be self-motivated
  • An organised individual with a passion for gaming and experience of CRM tools
  • Comfortable working in an informal environment
  • Must have dedicated work space if working from home
