Job Description Pole To Win is looking for a Sales Manager to work within our global Games Sales Team and expand our European business. This individual must be a dynamic and highly motivated UK based sales person, who will generate leads, make presentations, persuade decision makers, negotiate service contracts, manage client  relationships and above all else, close new deals with new clients.

This position is perfect for an ambitious, enthusiastic and results oriented person with a proven track record in a sales role, a history of surpassing target expectations and winning new business. Experience of selling QA, LQA and Translation services is highly desirable. We offer a competitive basic salary and generous OTE with unlimited earning potential.  This is a home based role.  Our preference would be for candidates to be based within commuting distance of Halifax but will consider candidates based anywhere in the UK.

  • Primarily to generate new business, close sales and exceed sales targets with European clients
  • Develop a sales strategy, to include identifying target prospects and prospective clients
  • Represent Pole to Win’s  breadth of services and expertise in the marketplace and relative to its competition
  • Attendance at Trade Shows
  • Attend client meetings and deliver sales pitches and presentations
  • Own the proposal generation dynamics and produce quotations in collaboration with the Operations Team
  • Maintain a Gap Plan and produce reports on activity, pipeline and achievement against sales target
  • Support Senior Management and contribute as part of the Games Sales Team
  • Travel as required

Skills and experience:
  • Senior level sales experience of selling managed/outsourced services solutions to games clients
  • Ability to creatively and proactively meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to establish client relationships and network within an organisation
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Experience of working within a team environment
  • RFP/RFI response management
  • Ideal candidate will have:
    • Experience in selling managed or outsourced services
    • Capable of generating qualified leads and assess prospect value
    • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Able to demonstrate ability to “close” sales
    • Ability to forecast sales opportunities
    • Willingness to work within a multinational environment
    • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
