Job Description As CRM Manager you will partner with members of the marketing and product teams to determine the most effective ways to use CRM in support of our marketing initiatives. You will design creative ways (text and image) to support these initiatives, optimizing CRM delivery to improve results.

This role will be a key driver of personalization and CRM across all of Wooga’s marketing channels, leveling up how we communicate with our players.

You will report to the Head of Marketing, working closely with other CRM Managers, Marketing Managers and Product Leads to understand the needs of each product team at Wooga, and develop effective ways to set up and use our CRM platforms to help these teams achieve their goals. 

  • Own, operate and execute CRM campaigns and activity
  • Work with product teams to figure out the best ways to activate CRM to align with product KPI’s and achieve business objectives
  • Work with other CRM managers to develop, implement and maintain CRM standard methodologies
  • Report on and analyze the performance of CRM activations in the context of our marketing campaigns and business-critical metrics
  • Maintain & share knowledge of standard methodologies and best practices for CRM campaigns
  • Plan, manage and deliver CRM strategy and KPI’s for your area of responsibility, ROI based analytics and reporting

  Desired skills:
  • Working experience with setting up and working with CRM platforms (Braze, Helpshift, Mailchimp)
  • Experience developing and activating high-frequency email campaigns
  • Substantial knowledge in CRM segmentation, campaign management, offer management, interactive marketing
  • Experience executing A/B, multivariate and other testing methodology
  • Experience planning, executing and optimizing lifecycle marketing
  • Critical attention to detail & creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM field
  • BA degree (relevant fields of study preferred) would be considered as a plus
  • Experience in the games industry
