CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security

The CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security conducts cybersecurity research at the highest level: Both theoretically and empirically, the 300 scientists investigate the dangers to which our digital networks are exposed and how they can be effectively protected against attacks. The Saarbrücken-based center trains the data protection experts of tomorrow. In terms of content, CISPA is deeply rooted in computer science, but also works intensively with researchers from related fields, such as medicine, law and sociology. Today, the research center is one of the world's leading institutions for cybersecurity and is on course for growth: CISPA's goal is to make the digitalized world of the future more secure through innovative cutting-edge research.
