Theresa was there in the '90s multiplayer FPS scene, jamming with the console cowboys of cyberspace on Linux. She has led large teams and shipped many games with a 25-year game industry career in Esports, QA management, public relations, and staffing. She shipped the first version of Zoo Tycoon, Alien Hominid, SOCOM, Frequency, Amplitude, Halo 4 Forge, and along the way she learned how to eliminate crunch for the QA staff on AAA games. Now Theresa has leveraged her experience to design Nimble Workforce, a new model of staffing tailored for the games industry.

Despite spending only 6 years on enterprise development and 27 in games, Russell still thinks of himself as an email guy who dabbles in games. Russell's career began working on the first email system for Windows, before moving on to Microsoft Exchange and Windows 95. He then founded his own game studio and worked on several award-winning titles, before running Cryptic Studios' Seattle office. He now serves as the design/creative head at Nimble, and helps Theresa run Nimble Workforce.
