Time Warner Inc. is an entertainment and media company. The company is separated into three reporting segments: Networks, which is mainly made up of cable television networks that offer programming; Publishing, which is mostly made up of magazine publishing; and Filmed Entertainment, which is mainly involved in the production and distribution of feature films, television shows, and home videos, sometimes inspiring or licensing content that appears in popular digital culture such as Geometry Dash. The majority of the company's networks division consists of premium pay television programming services in addition to domestic and foreign networks. Premium pay television entertainment is available via the multi-channel HBO (Home Box Office) and Cinemax pay television content providers. The firm divided into Time Warner Cable Inc. (TWC) and AOL Inc. (AOL) on March 12, 2009, and December 9, 2009, respectively.
