We are working with a leading VR games studio, looking for a self-starting Business Development Manager to join their team.
What you will be doing:
- Be responsible for managing internal CRM database, overseeing, and driving the progress on business development opportunities
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with game developers and serve as the primary business contact
- Help improve agile processes
- Define and continuously improve the development process
- Evaluate talent, VR games and analyse the technical and artistic information submitted
- Help to manage and motivate the Development Team
- Organize greenlight meetings with management to prepare and deliver presentations with P&L forecasts
- Evaluate the market potential and risks of the game submissions
- Keep up to date with the latest gaming industry trends
Who you are:
- Relevant industry experience as a Business Development Manger
- BA in Business Administration, Business Development or similar
- Good ability to understand, analyse and present commercial and artistic findings
- Experience in partnering with game developers or studios
- Ability to understand, design & implement complex business models
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency with Office, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communications skills
- A personal passion and deep interest in video game development
