POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Commercial Administrator within our EMEA Sales team, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day administration and coordination of the international packaged games business and will play a key support role in the EMEA packaged business. You’ll be taking on a variety of administration and support duties so that the Sales Director is free to focus on selling and account management. We’re looking for someone who prides themselves on their accuracy and eye for detail, is always looking to make things more efficient and is a great communicator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support sales with administrative tasks and general operations to help reach the product and corporate objectives. 
  • Help the team to track the status of new product launches and manage the lifecycle after release. 
  • Manage the collation and interpretation of sales data and share with internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure all promotional activities are executed, and work with internal analysis teams to benchmark results against previous promotions, comp titles, and expectations. Share any learnings. 
  • Help to build presentations and reports to support decision making and future launch direction 
  • To work closely with the Operations/Central Marketing and PR team to drive SEGA market share, increase awareness of brands and ultimately sell through more units at retail 
  • To work closely with global digital team to maximise synergies at retail 
  • Continually report and feedback conditions of marketplace and competitor developments by territory 

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable experience within the entertainment business, ideally within a commercial environment.
  • Strong Excel skills with a focus on data accuracy.  
  • Interest in gaming strongly desirable.
