Community Manager- Mobile Games- Germany (€Competitive)

"To apply: Ref - 5388100. A young studio with a start up spirit seek a dynamic community manager to help realise their ambitious vision for their existing and upcoming mobile games.

Responsibilities:

⦁ Grow, engage, and moderate our community across platforms (Discord, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

⦁ Create engaging video, image, and text content using AI tools and creative suites

⦁ Handle player inquiries and support tickets with empathy and efficiency

⦁ Collaborate with the team to plan and execute community campaigns or announcements

⦁ Gather and report player feedback to help guide future updates and improvements

 Requirements:

⦁ 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or player support

⦁ Strong communication, empathy, and content creation skills

⦁ Familiarity with online community dynamics and platform moderation tools

⦁ Experience using creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, NanoBanana, CapCut, etc.) is a plus

⦁ Passion for mobile and casual games
