Job Mission
The mission for this Junior Community Manager is to contribute directly to launching the Novablocks to the world, and building our creator community from the group up. This will involve creator outreach, community management, working directly with creators to understand their needs and social media management. You will be working as part of a small, ambitious team and reporting directly to the founders and marketing consultants.
Working Hours: ~2 days per week on average, flexible schedule with Monday & Friday check-ins.
Responsibilities

Community Outreach:

Assist in developing and executing creator outreach strategies as part of an early growth phase.

This will involve 1:1 messaging of prospected creators and micro-influencers.

Start conversations with creators, understand their needs and form communication strategies to convert people to build games using our creator tools.

Manage social media channels, stay organised and keep track of our content schedule and ongoing creator conversations.

Community Management:

Monitor and respond to inquiries on social media platforms.

Post and schedule social content, working alongside our founders and brand marketing consultant.

Coordinate and execute engaging community events and other iniatives, to foster a passionate community of mission aligned creators!

Foster and maintain positive relationships with our online community.

Requirements:
-
Proven experience in a similar role or a strong interest in marketing and community management.

Excellent creative written and verbal communication skills.

Passion for games, and previous experience being a core part of a gaming community.

Deep understanding of the casual/creative gaming genre (i.e. games such as Minecraft and Roblox).

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Basic knowledge of community management, outreach and marketing principles.
