Dein Profil:
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Spieleindustrie
- Gute Kenntnis der Unreal Engine und ihrer Systeme
- Gute Programmierfähigkeiten in C++
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du stellst sicher dass unser Game auf den Plattformen PS5, PS4, XBSX|S, XBO fehlerfrei läuft
- Du implementierst neue Game Features und plattformspezifische Services
- Du erweiterst die Spielelogik für konsolenfreundliche Controls und Interfaces
- Du stellst die Compliance mit den Hersteller-Anforderungen sicher (TRCs/XRs)
- Du optimierst den Code hinsichtlich Performance auf den Zielplattformen
- Du nimmst an Code-Reviews teil
- Du schreibst automatisierte Tests

We are currently looking for a Console Programmer (Unreal Engine) (m/f/d) to support our new project based on the Commandos franchise.
Claymore Game Studios are located in Darmstadt close to the Frankfurt-Rhine-Main area. We are working on the next installment of the internationally acclaimed Commandos franchise for PC and the latest generation of consoles. Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience within the games industry
- Good understanding of Unreal Engine and its systems
- Good programming skills in C++
Responsibilities:
- Make sure the game runs flawlessly on PS5, PS4, XBSX|S, XBO
- Implement new game features and platform specific services
- Extend game logic to support console friendly controls and interfaces
- Ensure compliance with platform requirements (TRCs/XRs)
- Profile and optimize code for performance on target platforms
- Help to automate the development and build process
- Take part in code reviews
- Write automated tests
