Our client are a world leading mobile games studio. We're on the hunt for a creative, energetic Digital Content Creator to help us bring these stories to life across digital platforms — in bold, native, and highly engaging formats.

Your Mission
We’re looking for someone who naturally thinks in video, thrives on creative storytelling, and knows how to make content feel right at home on social feeds. If you’re a pro at scripting, shooting, and delivering scroll-stopping visuals, this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging short-form video content (like Reels, Shorts, and Stories) that feels native and on-trend
• Manage end-to-end content production — from ideation and direction to filming and editing
• Be the on-camera personality when needed — or confidently direct on-screen talent
• Stay ahead of content trends, platform formats, and internet culture — and use them creatively
• Collaborate with design, branding, and growth teams to bring campaign ideas to life
• Craft content that’s visually appealing and share-worthy
• Monitor performance, analyze insights, and continuously refine your approach

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital content production (agency, brand, or influencer side)
• Strong skills in both video scripting and production — editing proficiency is a plus
• Experience working with mobile setups, DSLRs, lighting setups, and good framing techniques
• Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, meme trends, short video language, and social media humor
• Up to speed on platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Moj, ShareChat, etc.
• Fluent in both English and Hindi (bonus if you know additional regional languages)
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership

Bonus If You

• Are or have been a digital content creator or influencer yourself
• Have experience working with gaming, youth-focused brands, or fast-scaling digital platforms
• Know how to create content that goes viral — not just algorithmically, but emotionally
