In this role, you'll help shape the direction of our design efforts, providing thoughtful guidance while giving the team the freedom to explore and create. With a design culture built on trust, collaboration, and learning, you’ll help bring together a cohesive player experience that surprises and delights.

You'll inspire and mentor a diverse team of game, narrative, technical, world, and UX designers, empowering them to grow both individually and together. You'll also play a key role in improving our design process and culture, ensuring we’re always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

What you’ll be doing:

Guiding the team to launch incredible game experiences that can evolve with the player community

Leading, mentoring, and managing a diverse group of designers

Collaborating on planning and prioritizing to ensure an iterative and creative process, with regular playtests to evaluate progress

Helping elevate our design culture, making sure our environment is the best place for creative minds to thrive

What we’d love to see from you:

A creative and curious mindset

10+ years of experience across various game types, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Experience launching and operating AAA live service and/or free-to-play games

A strong track record of shipping games from inception to launch

A passion for driving creativity and innovation in design

The ability to tackle unique design challenges with a calm, adaptable approach

A player-first mindset, advocating for experiences that engage and excite
