Amiqus are helping to put together a brand-new world-class marketing team at AONIC to work on a slate of upcoming videogame releases. AONIC was created to champion & support small to mid-sized high potential gaming studios…with a ethos of making the small mighty!

Be a leader and own the GTM process from discovery to strategy to planning to execution. Help write the first chapters of the AONIC success story. The role reports to VP Marketing.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Leadership:

Drives global integrated go-to-market strategies and multi-channel game marketing.
Crafts impactful and innovative campaigns, combining data with world class creative thinking.
Inspires teams with clear marketing vision and communication.

Relationships:

Cultivates strong ties with development partners, internal cross functional teams, platform holders and key external third parties.

Content Collaboration:

Collaborates with internal/external creative teams to deliver compelling marketing content, gaining approval/managing feedback from all stakeholders.

Performance Focus:

Sets and reports on marketing KPIs, understanding the connection to business performance, and shares/uses the learnings that comes from them.

Campaign Coordination:

Tracks readiness, briefs accordingly, and activates campaign beats across appropriate internal/external teams.
Oversees, owns, and tracks marketing budget.

Key Skills & Experience:

Able to work with a startup mentality and get hands dirty to get things done.
Proven experience in videogame marketing either in Indie or AA/AAA
Loves games and have good industry knowledge.
Problem solver and always looking for the edge.
Well organized processes and delivers to deadline.
