Director of Product Management – New & Existing Games
A South-East based Games studio are currently looking for a Financial Planner to work closely with the COO, on the studio’s day to day accounts. The studio is renowned in the Console/PC industry for creating fun, easy to play / hard to master games, with their debut title topping charts with rave reviews from players and critics alike.
The position will have you getting involved with building the roadmap for the studio, helping shape their finance function, helping with managing costs, forecast revenues and build insight in a very competitive marketplace. This role presents a unique opportunity to help shape the studios business going forward.
You’ll interface with the likes of the COO and the studios parent company in owning the monthly management accounts for the studio, enabling teams to accurately track project spend. You’ll manage everything that goes in and out of the studio, such as P+L, sales, forecasting and commercial analysis.
This role is open to candidates from a games industry background or from a film/tv, entertainment background.

This role can be either fully remote (from anywhere in the UK) or hybrid if you prefer some days onsite.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar Finance role in either the games or entertainment sectors
- Vast experience in forecasting and planning
- An interest in the games industry, how they’re made/sold/product life cycle
- Relevant degree. Full or part qualified CIMA/ACCA equivalent desirable
- A good communicator
