Are You Up To The Challenge?
If you’re looking to gain experience in digital marketing in one of the biggest and best games companies in the world, we're looking to employ a freelancer for a 4 week project to reply to comments and questions about our Hypercasual games in both Apple’s App Store and Google’s Play Store.
The role would involve replying to the many thousands of comments and questions our games receive from players with bespoke, friendly answers.
The objective is to prove the hypothesis that replying to comments boosts our game search credibility for App Store Optimisation and thus improves our game positioning in each store.
You'll be given access to our App Store accounts and a clear brief with parameters for their comment answers. They would then go through the questions and comments relating to two of our games (TBD), starting with Google’s Play Store, logging the content and volume of their answers published each day and submitting their work log to the product marketing team.
We are looking for a student or graduate with flawless written English, the ability to write concisely and fluently and the imagination to take a brief and hone unique, short form copy in their answers, as well as the capacity to log and report their performance each day during the 4 week test.
Your Team Mates
As a core department at Kwalee, the Marketing teams are goal-driven people with a knack for hitting key results. Marketing is a paradoxical game for them. Using accurate data and convincing copy, they make powerful business decisions that turn our games into chart-topping successes.
Your Soft Skills
Kwalee has grown fast in recent years but we’re very much a family of colleagues. We welcome people of all ages, races, colours, beliefs, sexual orientations, genders and circumstances, and all we ask is that you collaborate, work hard, ask questions and have fun with your team and colleagues.
We don’t like egos or arrogance and we love playing games and celebrating success together. If that sounds like you, then please apply.
A Little More About Kwalee

Everyone contributes creatively to Kwalee’s success, with all employees eligible to pitch their own game ideas on Creative Wednesdays, and we’re proud to have built our success on this inclusive principle.
We have an amazing team of experts collaborating daily between our studios in Leamington Spa, Lisbon, Bangalore and Beijing, or on a remote basis from Turkey, Brazil, Cyprus, the Philippines and many more places around the world. We’ve recently acquired our first external studio, TicTales, which is based in France.
