" Ref - 5387364. A leading game development studio based in Limassol, Cyprus is seeking a passionate and experienced Game Designer to join its Quality of Life (QoL) team.

The studio is renowned for its work in the 4X strategy genre and is currently scaling its flagship MMO strategy title to global prominence.

About the Game

The project is a deep, multiplayer 4X strategy game featuring a rich political system and dynamic player interactions. Players assume the role of a commander, tasked with developing their city, forging alliances, battling monsters, and conquering rivals in a vast, evolving world.

Role Overview

As a Game Designer on the QoL team, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing usability and long-term player satisfaction. You’ll design and implement features that make gameplay smoother, more intuitive, and more rewarding—ensuring that every player interaction feels meaningful and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and document QoL features that elevate the player experience.
• Analyze gameplay data to identify friction points and propose elegant solutions.
• Research competitor titles and extract actionable insights to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, artists, and developers to deliver polished, cohesive features.
• Support product owners in driving feature success through thoughtful, well-executed design.
