Responsibilities:

Guide and mentor the animation team, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.

Provide feedback to elevate animation quality and maintain high standards.

Lead the team by balancing hands-on work with leadership responsibilities.

Collaborate with other departments to integrate animations that enhance gameplay.

Drive animation excellence and raise the team's performance standards.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in animation and leading teams on AAA projects.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire the team.

Passion for delivering high-quality animations that elevate gameplay.

Proficiency in industry-standard animation software and tools.
