Lead Gameplay Engineer - Netherlands - up to 90k euros

"To apply: Ref - 5346200. My client is looking for a Lead Gameplay Engineer to join their AAA studio to work on an original IP. This will be working for a well-established AAA company. The salary on offer is up to 90k euros (depending on the candidate) + bonuses/benefits. This can provide relocation assistance if needed.

The client is looking for you to bring a fresh take to gameplay within AAA games. You will also be expected to lead and motivate a team of talented Engineers to help them to work effectively. You will also be expected to communicate effective with stakeholders and inform them of progress within the project/team. You will need to have a strong understanding on different gameplay features used in games.

The ideal candidate we are looking for would ideally have experience in a similar position and harbour some of the following skills.

Several years’ experience working with C++

Worked/published at least 1 title on console    

Good understanding/implementation of gameplay systems

Experience working with Unreal Engine  4/5

Understanding of Gameplay Ability System (GAS)
