Lead Network Programmer PC/Console Games Prague – REF 2939

Our client is a development studio located in Prague. They are looking for a skilled Lead Network Programmer to join their passionate team. This role is based on-site and is great for those who want to work on exciting new projects.

What you will be doing:

• Manage and maintain security and compliance measures for projects.
• Collaborate with other department teams to identify and improve limitations.
• Creating, constructing, and managing the company’s worldwide network infrastructure.
• Constantly considering performance regarding project progress and experiences, utilising the newest hardware to do so.
• Implement understanding of network programming tools.
• Mentor and guide team members by providing coaching and feedback.

Who you are:

• Previous experience in a Lead Network Programming role or similar.
• You have used current programming tools and practices and have a proficient understanding of all the basic concepts of the language.
• Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisation and leadership abilities.
• You have great attention to detail.
