Lead Operations Manager - PC/Console Shooter titles - REMOTE - Remote

Our client is an independent developer of online PC shooter games. We are looking for a remote Lead Operations Manager.

Your Loadout

Must-Have:

5+ years in live game operations, with 3+ focused on FPS/TPS titles or battle royales.
Launched and scaled at least one shooter earning $4M+ per month.
Deep command of game health metrics—K/D ratios, session curves, battle pass funneling.
Tactical understanding of FPS player psychology: what drives their grind, what makes them rage-quit, what gets them to spend.
Proven wins: 30%+ DAU growth through content updates, anti-cheat partnerships (e.g., BattlEye, Easy Anti-Cheat).
Strong esports ecosystem ties: You know the streamers, the teams, the sponsors, and the brands (Logitech, Razer, etc.).

Fluent in English with experience launching titles in Western or Southeast Asian markets.
Hardcore FPS player at heart—VALORANT, CoD, Apex Legends are your stomping grounds.
