Lead UX/UI Designer
"To apply: Ref - 5265300. Our client creates AI-driven solutions for video game publishers and brands by helping them promote their products on platforms like Twitch, YouTube and TikTok. As a seed-stage start up, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation are at the heart of their company culture. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape their design process from ideation to conceptualization, helping to revolutionize the influencer marketing landscape.
Key responsibilities:
•Lead and manage the design process, including implementation and iteration to establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
•Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals and user experience
•Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mock-ups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
•Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to continuously improve and optimize the user experience
•Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the design team
•Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our platform remains competitive
Qualifications:
•5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the tech or gaming industry
•A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and creative thinking
•Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
•Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mock-ups
•Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Bonus Experience:
•Knowledge of the gaming industry either as a gamer or content creator
•Experience with AI-driven solutions or influencer marketing platforms
•Familiarity with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
•Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio showcasing your hobby projects
