LiveOps Producer – Mobile Games – Bangalore – REF 2983

We are working with a leading mobile gaming company based in Bangalore, who are looking for a LiveOps Producer to drive the success of their mobile games. In this role, you will oversee the LiveOps roadmap, manage content updates, and lead feature development to enhance player engagement and retention. This is an onsite position in Bangalore.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and coordinate the LiveOps Production team, managing the release cycle of new content and features.
• Track and optimise LiveOps performance metrics to enhance player engagement, working closely with Product Managers.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business priorities.
• Implement efficient processes to streamline operations, improve predictability, and enhance production workflows.
• Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities effectively across teams.

Who you are:

• 4+ years of experience in game production.
• Proven experience in launching and managing live game features and content updates.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• A strong understanding of game development tools, pipelines, and workflows.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, player-centric gaming experiences.
