The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of their organization, ensuring efficient processes and effective resource management in compliance with stringent regulatory standards. The ideal Operations Manager will possess a strong background in managing complex operations, demonstrating exceptional leadership and decision-making capabilities. The salary on offer is up to the equivalent 42k euros + benefits.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers to align operational goals with project objectives.
• Monitor operational performance, analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
Manage resource allocation, including workforce planning and budget management.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management
- Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices in complex environments.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
