About the RoleAs a People Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to our teams, ensuring that our people strategies align with our business goals. You’ll support leaders and employees, driving initiatives in employee engagement, performance management, and organisational development. Your work will directly impact the growth and success of our teams, helping us maintain our collaborative and innovative studio culture.
What you'll do
- Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance.
- Strong and proven project leadership skills.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
- Lead efforts in performance management, talent development, and organizational growth.
- Provide expert advice on team dynamics, leadership development, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure HR processes align with business objectives, driving impact across the studio.
Who you are
- 5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in stakeholder management and employee relations.
- You have a good understanding of tech-driven work environments—familiarity with how development teams operate, their challenges, and common workflows will be beneficial.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and business alignment.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Experience working with generative AI models or an interest in AI-driven workplace strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
