Overview

As a Producer at Reforged Studios, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Studio Operations Manager and collaborating with our subsidiary studios to ensure they have the necessary development resources and support to create outstanding games. You will oversee multiple projects ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows across our studio network.

This is a position that requires strong production expertise, a passion for delivering exceptional gaming experiences, and is a unique opportunity to shape the way we work and make a significant impact on our day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the Studio Operations Manager in coordinating development efforts across subsidiary studios
• Manage multiple game development projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high quality
• Facilitate communication between studios and the wider group
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, proactively identifying and flagging risks
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between teams

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Proven experience as a Producer in game development, ideally with experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success
• Expertise in game production methodologies and experience tailoring them to fit different project needs
• A solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management within game development
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across internal teams and external partners
• Ability to identify production risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies
• Experience in co-development and a deep understanding of the development lifecycle from concept to launch
• Experience with project management tools, such as ClickUp or Jira
