Product Manager – Mid to Senior – USA / Canada - Remote (if in USA & Canada)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Video Games Product Manager with a specialization in Bingo and Solitaire games to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game development, product management, and a deep understanding of the casual gaming market. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the scaling and ongoing success of our Bingo and Solitaire game titles.

The role is open to candidates in the USA and Canada and can be done fully remote from those locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap:
o Refine and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Bingo and Solitaire games.
o Conduct market research and analyze player feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
o Define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

2. User Experience and Engagement:
o Champion user experience and player engagement throughout the game development process.
o Design and implement features and mechanics that enhance player retention, monetization, and satisfaction.
o Utilize data-driven insights to optimize gameplay, balance, and progression systems.

3. Live Operations:
o Monitor game performance and player feedback post-launch, making data-informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.
o Develop and implement live operations strategies, including events, updates, and promotions, to keep players engaged.

4. Stakeholder Management:
o Communicate product vision, progress, and performance to stakeholders, including executives, marketing, and customer support teams.
o Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including user acquisition, retention, and monetization campaigns.

5. Industry Knowledge:
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
o Share insights and best practices with the team to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
o Bleeding edge knowledge of the North American market and product manager trends relevant to the US and Canada.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the video game industry
• Strong understanding of game design principles, player psychology, and monetization strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the casual gaming market.
