Product Manager – Web/Mobile – Berlin, Germany
" Ref - 5319800. We're in search of a dynamic Product Manager to contribute to the advancement of our clients web and mobile games portfolio. You'll play an active role in shaping products, ensuring optimal business performance, quality standards, community engagement, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve the ideal balance between maximizing the benefits of effective freemium design and maintaining a superior user experience
• Lead the assessment and enhancement of acquisition, engagement, and monetization strategies
• Develop compelling business cases and roadmaps for new features and products
• Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure alignment with the product vision
• Establish and drive KPIs and targets for games and features, contributing to long-term strategic planning
• Provide insightful analysis to guide the product development roadmap towards success
• Work alongside game and business analysts to forecast, monitor, and report on game services
• Utilize analytics to comprehend metrics and make informed decisions about the product's future
• Conduct competitive reviews of external games and features
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product management within the games industry
• Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel being crucial for this role
• Strong background within a product team, including exposure to A/B testing techniques, analysis of tests, and feature rollouts
• Self-directed, goal-oriented, and proactive, demonstrating a high level of commitment
• Open-minded and thrive in a participatory, collaborative, and team-based environment
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
This role is hybrid and based in Berlin.
If you currently live in Germany, there is some remote flexibility.
Prior experience in these areas would be desirable but the studio really values talent and passion above all else!
