Production Manager
We are very excited to open a new Production Manager role in our London head office. This is a company-wide position that oversees projects, facilities communication and cooperation, and works with the senior management team in the pursuit of company growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the current Production team, overseeing and helping with their needs on their respective projects
- Maintaining the company resource plan
- Coordination of staff and project needs
- Assist with Business Development needs as the Production representative
- Quote preparation and milestone setting
- Help build the companies growth strategy and hiring plans

REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of game development experience in an internal development production role
- A demonstrated understanding of various Project Management methodologies including Scrum/Agile, as well as good organizational skills and an ability to balance project demands with high quality
- A demonstrated ability to mitigate risk and prioritize features based on their cost and risk versus their value to the project
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Ability to create a culture of quality and personal accountability
- The ability to drive teams of developers to ensure timely deliveries
- Good people skills, and approachable attitude towards colleagues and other stakeholders
- Excellent communicator in speech and writing
- A calm and deliberate approach within a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment
