Remote Game Designer – Game Economy - Mobile Games - Norway – REF 2949

Our client is a revolutionary game company based in Norway. They are now looking for a talented Mobile Game Designer skilled in economy and monetisation design join their team. This role is offered remote with great benefits packages and schemes.

What you will be doing:

• Research market conditions, player preferences, and future technology to identify new game conceptions and styles.
• Working with the production team to set and meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, engineers, and producers to refine on gameplay systems, difficulty curves, and player advancement.
• Transforming fresh game ideas into technical materials such as feature specifications, level designs, and game flow charts.
• Work alongside the licencing team to guarantee compliance and obtain collaborations and licences.

Who you are:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Game Designer with a demonstrated track record of producing innovative game designs.
• Proficient in monetisation and economy design.
• A thorough understanding of game design ideas and mechanics.
• Good researching skills, including the ability to determine potential markets and patterns.
• Knowledge meta-game systems and optimal techniques in mobile games.
• Comprehensive understanding of the main components that influence early, mid, and late game retention.
• Great English written and verbal communication skills.
