Remote Senior Localisation Producer AAA PC/Console - REF 2820

We are working with a well-established AAA videogames studio, who are looking for a talented Senior Publishing Producer to join their team and work on their latest projects. This role is offered fully remote.

What you will be doing:

• Be responsible for managing project activities and serve as a primary contact to development teams throughout the production process.
• Track and drive the quality and timely execution of deliverables from our internal and external partners.
• Build strong relationships with the development teams.
• Keep all stakeholders in the project up to date.
• Manage and improve pipelines, processes, and team performance.
• Define workflows and facilitate clear communication and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Identify, track, and mitigate issues and risks to development.
• Build and maintain short and long-term project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in a production management role.
• Full project life cycle experience with at least 1 title shipped in a management role.
• Strong project management skills (projects, teams, performance, risks etc).
• Multi-language Localization experience.
• Deep understanding of game development and project management practises.
• Great organisational skills and time management skills.
• Experience of project status and risk reporting.
• Experience using agile project management methodologies.
• Software experience with JIRA, Google Docs/ Sheets/ Slides.
