Sales and Marketing Support

Medical company, based in London, is looking for a Sales and Marketing role to support the continued growth in the market and ensure a high-level customer service experience.  

The role will work closely with Sales, Service and Support teams to help co-ordinate key customer service functions, such as, servicing of capital equipment, etc.

The role:

- Sell and/or renew service contracts on al capital equipment that has been previously sold.

- Manage the sales pipeline of customers database to identify sales opportunities.

- Creating & renewing sales quotes and supply agreements

- Monitor KPI’s in relation to quarterly and annual sales and service targets

- Lead generation through marketing initiatives.

You:

- Bachelor’s in science or marketing.

- Strong customer service focus

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Sound knowledge of CRM databases.

Location: London, UK
