Senior Backend Engineer - £70k - Remote

"To apply: Ref - 5346700. My client is looking for a Senior Backend (Python) Engineer to join their mobile game studio and work on an up and coming sports game. The salary on offer is up to £70k depending on the candidate. This can also provide full remote working opportunities across the UK and the Netherlands.

The client is looking for you to bring a fresh take Experience with CI/CD and an interest and experience in DevOps practices. You will also be expected to develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Golang and Python, with a focus on performance and security.

You will also be responsible for developing gameplay features, working closely with other departments. You will also be expected to mentor/train other junior engineers.

The ideal candidate we are looking for would ideally have experience in a similar position and harbour some of the following skills.

• Several years’ experience working with Golang, Python
• Worked/released at least 1 title on mobile/console/PC
• Experience with games
• Bachelors in computer science
