Senior Backend Engineer - Up to £90k+ Bonuses - UK

"To apply: Ref - 5361101. My client is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their mobile game studio and work on an up and coming battle royale style project. The salary on offer is up to £85k + Bonuses + Benefits (depending on the candidate). This can provide relocation assistance if needed.

The client is looking for you to bring a fresh take to design/developing microservice architectures. You will also be expected to maintain backend systems using Kotin. You will also be expected to have a good understanding of databases such as NoSQL etc. Also, you will be expected to develop game backend architectures, player interactions, high load etc.

The ideal candidate we are looking for would ideally have experience in a similar position and harbour some of the following skills.

• Several years’ experience working with Kotlin, Python or Java
• Worked/released at least 1 title on console/PC
• Experience with cloud infrastructures on game services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
