Position OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to help us evolve our hybrid cloud platform and infrastructure strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design,deploy and maintain scalable, secure and cost-effective systems in Microsoft Azure and our onpremises private cloud./divdiv /divdivThis role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Azure architecture, platform engineering, and infrastructure automation./divdiv /divdivYou will have shared responsibility and technical ownership of our Azure Cloud environment, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and supports the needs of our growing studio./divdiv /divdivstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/divulliDesign and implement Azure-based architectures including, networking, identity, security, and governance frameworks./liliCollaborate with cross-studio teams to advise on optimal deployment strategies across Azure and on-prem environments./liliChampion Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps), demonstrating advanced skills and driving adoption across teams. /liliLead and support platform engineering initiatives to improve developer experience, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability./liliExecute complex projects from design through to implementation and transition to BAU, with comprehensive documentation./liliApply FinOps and cloud governance principles to ensure cost-effective, secure, and scalable infrastructure./liliLeverage AI/ML tooling to automate repetitive tasks and optimize infrastructure operations./liliStay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to improve our environment./li/uldivstrong                     /strong/divdivstrongKnowledge, Skills and Experience/strong/divdivstrongEssential/strong/divulli5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)./liliProven experience in Azure architecture design, including landing zone design, networking, Azure Arc (Hybrid cloud strategy), identity, and security best practices./liliExperience managing large-scale cloud migrations and hybrid infrastructure projects./liliAdvanced knowledge of VMware, Windows Server/Desktop, Linux, and macOS./liliExpertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, especially within an Azure DevOps environment./liliDeep understanding of declarative languages: Terraform and Ansible./liliProficiency in scripting languages: PowerShell, Python and Bash./liliFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure monitor, Prometheus and Grafana./liliExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset./li/uldivbr /strongPreferred/strong/divulliExperience in the games industry is a plus./liliExperience with TeamCity as a CI/CD platform./liliMulti-Cloud expertise (Azure, AWS)./liliUnderstanding of relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB)./liliProficiency in C# and Kotlin for platform tooling or automation tasks./liliRelevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert)./liliStrong problem-solving and prioritization skills./liliAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment/li/uldiv /divdivdivstrongA BIT ABOUT SEGA/strong/divdivSEGA is one of the leading interactive entertainment companies in the world, with our European HQ based in West London and development studios spanning the UK and Bulgaria.
