Senior Game Designer (Unreal Engine)

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Senior Game Designer to join our growing team and help lay the foundation for an exciting new title. As an early hire on the project, you'll have a unique opportunity to influence key creative decisions and help shape a distinctive player experience from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing:Collaborate with creative leads to define the game’s core mechanics and player-driven experiences.Prototype gameplay and build level block-outs in Unreal Engine to test and refine design ideas.Engage in cross-disciplinary discussions, offering fresh perspectives and creative solutions.Produce clear, detailed design documentation to support implementation across the team.Take a hands-on role in pushing the project forward with daily contributions and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:5+ years in game design roles with at least one shipped title using Unreal Engine.Strong Unreal Engine skills, including Blueprints and greyboxing tools, plus familiarity with rapid prototyping methods.Experience with at least one shipped title on a major console platform (PS5, Xbox Series, or Switch).
Bonus Points For:A personal interest in dinosaurs, Japanese culture, or unique worldbuilding themes.A passion for visual storytelling and cinematic gameplay.Experience in VFX or animation production; comfort with tools like Maya, Houdini, or similar DCC software.Familiarity with narrative design or procedural content systems.An iterative mindset and eagerness to prototype, test, and refine designs quickly.
