Senior Gameplay Producer - Europe - AAA
" Ref - 5301900. Are you an experienced Producer specialising in managing Gameplay teams and gameplay experiences? Do you have a deep understanding of production processes and managing technical and creative teams? As well as an impressive track record of successfully shipped AAA titles? I'm on the hunt for a Senior Gameplay Producer to join our AAA client and work on their highly anticipated unreleased project!
Essential requirements:
• Experience as a Gameplay Producer, on a gameplay, mission team or ideally both
• You have shipped at least 2 AAA titles as a Producer specialising in Gameplay
• You will not be driving the build of an asset, but the building of an experience, so a thorough knowledge of bringing AAA in-game experiences together is vital
• A deep understanding of the production process and looking after cross disciplined teams, technical to creative
• Exceptional workflow development and documentation skills
• Strong budgeting, controlling and reporting skills
Your responsibilities:
• Working with the Executive Producer to define, plan and execute the gameplay teams goals, breaking down necessary milestones into realistic, achievable goals
• Closely work with the Game Director, gameplay and AI programmers, game and level designer, and gameplay animators to build the experiences
• Define, plan and execute milestones in line with the project’s overall milestone and release schedule
• Creating, updating and tracking goals, schedules and budgets in Jira
• Control and report progress for all teams involved in the development of gameplay experiences
• Determine the development of prototypes, review prototypes and ensure deliverables according to time plan and quality benchmark
• Work with the game management team to get approvals at studio and publisher green light meetings
