The Role
Reporting to the IT Director, our new Senior IT System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, implementing, and developing IT infrastructure solutions. This will be done in collaboration with the wider IT team and key stakeholders. We are looking for a technical problem-solver with a wide area of expertise across Windows, Linux, and Mac. Responsibilities

Install, configure and maintain server infrastructure in a hybrid on-prem/Azure environment

Manage our IAM environment in Okta, Entra/Azure and Active Directory - implement workflows, SSO applications, manage GPOs cloud policys and user lifecycle

Setup and manage devices and profiles in our MDM tools like Intune and Kandji/Iru – Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, and Android

Manage and operate our virtualization infrastructure – Vmware and Proxmox,

Maintain and monitor our backup solution Veeam and PBR and ensure recovery objectives are tested and documented

Administer enterprise storage platforms - Dell PowerScale, PowerStore, HP Nimble, and IBM FlashSystem

Setup and maintain patch management rules and schedules using Azure Update Manager and Intune Autopatch

Support and maintain internal PKI / AD CS - certificate lifecycle, and NDES/SCEP

Monitor infrastructure health and availability — maintain dashboards, alerting, and log aggregation, and respond to infrastructure incidents

Create and update documentation using Confluence
Requirements
-
4+ years of experience as an IT System Administrator in a hybrid on-prem/cloud environment

Solid hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, GPOs, and Okta

Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere in a production environment

Production experience with Veeam Backup & Replication

Good understanding of internal networks — routing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN

Good knowledge of IT security fundamentals and best practices

Comfortable scripting in PowerShell - automation, reporting, and AD maintenance

You are a service-oriented team player with strong communication skills and the ability to make good decisions with the information at hand
Nice to have

Hands-on experience with Ansible or similar configuration management tooling

Background in a creative, tech, or game studio environment

Curiosity and comfort with AI tools — you follow developments in the space and actively look for ways to use them in your day-to-day work
