Senior Live Producer – AAA - Norway

" Ref - 5322000. Looking for a Senior Producer specialising in Live Operations and GaaS. To lead and manage LiveOps, ensuring players are provided with engaging and seamless experiences. Collaborating with cross-functioning teams to manage the full life cycle of this AAA live game.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage live operation production, with player experiences at its forefront

• Develop and implement strategies, roadmaps, and content release plans aligned with product vision and objectives

• Monitor key performance indicators for data-driven decision-making and optimization

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Mentor junior producers and promote a culture of collaboration and excellence

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into game development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 7+ years in the gaming industry, focusing on production, live operations and MMOs

• Proficiency in game development processes, particularly Games as a Service

• Strong project management skills, including Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

• Passion for gaming and understanding of player motivations

• Flexibility for travel and working across multiple time zones

This role is hybrid based in Norway.

Prior experience in these areas would be desirable but the studio really values talent and passion above all else!
