Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and implement performance marketing across this impressive mobile start-up working on a f2p football experience.
You must have proven experience, min 5+ yrs, in mobile marketing campaigns on all channels inc. meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs & Ad Networks.
This developer is an independent game studio building sports titles. They are formed of an experienced team with background spanning mobile and live service experience on AAA & BAFTA winning games as well as Football. Their first title is a free-to-play mobile football experience, enabling football fans around the World to step into the shoes of a football club owner. After a successful closed beta on iOS & Android, the Soft Launch into geo-specific markets in the coming months is their unwavering focus.
What they're looking for
As their Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will soft launch the game, helping shape the future of sports games, enabling fans to live out their dreams and bringing it to the attention of fans around the world. They value self-starters who are strategically minded, but not afraid to get hands-on to bring their vision to life as part of a start up studio .
You will be an integral member of the Marketing team whose focus is to activate, promote and build the brand from their London studio.You will own everything performance marketing related from media planning and buying to commissioning and evaluating creative.
Your role
Own the full spectrum of performance marketing activities, developing media strategies and plans across their ecosystem including designing and running globally scaled performance marketing campaigns. Define metrics, objectives, and key results and measure success, whilst learning and improving all the time in collaboration with their
Business Performance Lead.
Collaborate with multiple internal teams – Marketing, Business Performance, Data Analytics, Game Development & LiveOps, to create impactful and scalable campaigns for Soft Launch and for Global Scale. Develop and manage external partner relationships to bring your strategic vision to life from ideation to execution.
Take risks and drive innovation for growth through constant testing across multiple platforms with a balanced approach between art and science.
Have a long-term strategic view on how performance will support their ambitions of creating a culturally relevant and recognisable brand.

What you will bring
5+ Years of planning, buying & executing multi-million-dollar budget ($5 million+)
Proven experience in mobile marketing campaigns on all channels inc. meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs & Ad Networks
Daring Pioneer: Self-starter who has the courage to take risks, and is inspired and unintimidated to tackle gigantic challenges together
Experience in mobile gaming - ideally having overseen a product soft launch and scale
Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
Creative and results-oriented mindset
Excellent English written and oral communication skills, including strong copywriting

Hybrid role: commutable to London 2 days per week
