Senior Producer

We’re looking for a Senior Game Producer to help wrangle creativity into production magic and keep our debut title moving forward smoothly.

This is a hands-on role with real influence—you’ll be helping shape the production pipeline, build team processes, and bring a new IP to life from the ground up.

About You

You’re an experienced producer who loves games and knows how to get things done - without crushing the fun. You can zoom out for the big picture and then zoom right back in to fine-tune a sprint plan.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience leading game production across multiple disciplines

• A shipped game (or more!) that launched on multiple console platforms

• Strong understanding of the game dev cycle—from concept to gold master

• Comfort with Agile/Scrum workflows, sprint planning, and milestone tracking

• Solid budgeting and risk mitigation chops

• Great communicator and natural team motivator
