Senior Producer to work on an action adventure title for PSVR2 and Quest3. Remote role (UK only)
Support the Production Director, managing and mentoring the studio's Project Manager and Associate Producer. Drive quality across the game, implement best practice and process, manage budgets, map out the dev lifecycle, set milestones, look at the long game, identify future risks / issues and mitigate.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, track, and communicate to multiple teams' roadmaps, milestone tasks etc. to ensure a high level of product is maintained.
Communicate with any external service providers deemed necessary to aid the development of the titles.
Support the studio Directors in communicating high level wants and assist team members in understanding how current tasks and activities contribute to the overall development and vision.
Works on improving production process to enable the leadership team to strive for developing best in VR titles.
Responsible for developing and binding the team.
Drive continuous improvement of process methodologies to support sustainable working practices, timely delivery, communication, and team health, whilst staying on top of every detail.
Ensure that project status is visible to senior management, providing weekly updates to stakeholders at all levels and taking full accountability for project delivery status.
Mentor and coach other members of the team in agile practices.
Requirements
Essential capabilities:
5+ years' experience as a Producer on console/ PC/ VR from concept through to release.
Proven ability to manage AAA projects, including the details of production such as design, asset and build pipeline, schedules, budget, quality assurance, launch.
Must have successfully developed and managed people, resources, and schedules.
Have a can-do attitude, a person that is a doer and not afraid to ‘muck in.’
Engaging and convincing personality with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable working with ambiguity

Experience working multiple different departments and personalities.
Suitable remote working environment
Has delivered minimum of one full dev cycle as a Producer.

This is a fully remote role, you must be based in the UK. Salary to £70k plus benefits.
