As a Producer you will work with various teams and disciplines, ensuring the roadmap and dependencies properly line up. Focusing on project management tasks, you will craft plans, put them in motion, and facilitate achievement of our goals. Working closely with a Product owner, the producer facilitates the team, motivating and removing blockers from them whilst constantly driving the project towards success.
In this role, Avalanche Studios is searching for an adaptive, curious and enthusiastic leader with game development experience who can inspire, drive and energize their team.
What you'll do

Reporting to the Production Director, support the Product owner by being responsible for planning setup, team progress, key deliverables and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Facilitate team ceremonies connected to production ways of working (scrum and/or Waterfall management).

Help the team by removing blockers, improving communication, collaboration and creating a high level of ownership.

Build efficient workflows using tools like Jira to optimize development processes.
Who you are
-
At least 10 years experience as a Producer.

Been involved with at least one game project through a complete development cycle.

Experienced in AAA production.

Has directly led a full or significant part of a multi-disciplinary development team.

Extensive knowledge in game, Agile and software development methods.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Collaborative spirit.

The Stockholm location
Our Stockholm office is situated in Södermalm, the beating heart of the city’s game industry. It’s a physical representation of our games – the lush vegetation of Just Cause and theHunter: Call of the Wild meets corroded metal straight out of Mad Max. Our hybrid model requires you to be in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to foster collaboration and creativity.
