Senior Producer - Mobile Games

"To apply: Ref - 5339700. My client is based in London and specialise in mobile games with a focus on our environmental impacts on the world around us.  

The team you would be working with would be relatively small in size, and as such, you have an increased responsibility to ensure effective communication within the team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organise a multidisciplinary team to deliver world-class games
  • Bring back order from chaos and correctly prioritise tasks and deal with ambiguities effectively
  • Ensure project goals are clearly understood, and track production so that no one is confused
  • Foster a positive culture of knowledge sharing and self-improvement within the team
  • Identify and communicate risks and issues before they occur, and owning and resolving developmental issues + blocks
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure releases are defined, and communicated
  • Keeping within the budget

 

Requirements:

  • Capable of leading an Agile SCRUM to ensure short and long-term project sustainability
  • Experience in leading a project through to completion and operational liveness with a distributed development team and with third party suppliers
  • Passion for casual mobile games with a desire to make the world better
  • Effective and influential orator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a driving sense of accountability
  • Willing to travel
